Under og efter en ferieperiode kan det være svært at komme tilbage til de rutiner, man havde fået opbygget. Men se det som en mulighed for at starte på en frisk, prøve nye former for bevægelse i løbet af arbejdsdagen, udfordre dig selv og hjælpe hinanden med at opretholde motivationen.
Lad det blive en vane at tage korte gåture i løbet af dagen, tage trappen i stedet for elevatoren og cykle til arbejde. Tag ansvar for din sundhed og hjælp os med at skabe en kultur, hvor bevægelse og velvære er prioriteret.
Husk, at det ikke handler om at være perfekt. Selv små ændringer kan have stor betydning. Gå i dit eget tempo, sæt realistiske mål og vær vedholdende. Når du mærker den positive effekt, vil du blive endnu mere motiveret til at fortsætte.

During and after a vacation period, it can be challenging to get back into the routines you had established. But see it as an opportunity to start fresh, try new forms of movement throughout the workday, challenge yourself, and help each other maintain motivation.
Make it a habit to take short walks throughout the day, take the stairs instead of the elevator, and cycle to work. Take responsibility for your health and help us create a culture where movement and well-being are prioritized.
Remember, it’s not about being perfect. Even small changes can make a big difference. Go at your own pace, set realistic goals, and be persistent. When you feel the positive effects, you’ll be even more motivated to continue.
