Og det har store konsekvenser.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDen manglende fysiske aktivitet p\u00e5virker nemlig ikke kun hver enkelt af os samt vores familier, men det har ogs\u00e5 afg\u00f8rende konsekvenser for sundhedssystemet og samfundet som helhed.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDen globale tendens af fysisk inaktivitet blandt befolkningen bevirker, at allerede overbelastede sundhedssystemer k\u00e6mper mod sygdomme, som kunne have v\u00e6ret undg\u00e5et.
