Og netop derfor bliver forskellige former for sm\u00e5 &#8220;hjerne-pauser&#8221; en essentiel foruds\u00e6tning for din arbejdspr\u00e6station.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDet handler alts\u00e5 ikke blot om, at du bare skal \u201dholde fokus\u201d eller &#8220;tage dig sammen&#8221; i l\u00f8bet af en lang arbejdsdag. Du skal derimod s\u00f8rge for at koble fra, flere gange i l\u00f8bet af dagen og dermed\u00a0give din hjerne et pusterum.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tSelv 1 minut kan g\u00f8re underv\u00e6rker.
